POLYCOMPOSITE are rods of almost any length and diameter from 4 to 32 mm. Due to its unique technical characteristics and light weight, it has found wide application in industrial, civil, private and road construction.
The production technology of FRP composite rebar for concrete reinforcement was invented in Russia in the twentieth century.
Today, POLYCOMPOSITE rebar is used for concrete reinforcement in Russia, Europe, Asia, America.
Fixators and chairs are used to create a protective layer (thickness from 15 to 50 millimeters) between the POLYCOMPOSITE armature with a diameter of 4 to 20 mm and formwork when building monolithic concrete structures – slab foundations, grillage, piles, walls, columns, ceilings. Fixators are installed on the reinforcement before concrete pouring. Fixing devices favorably differ in ease of use, reliability and simplicity. The consumption of fixators varies between 4-10 pieces per square meter. Material of manufacture: polyethylene, polypropylene.
FRP rebar – rods with embossed surface of almost any length with a diameter from 4 to 32 mm. The production bases on basalt and glass fibers soaked and bonded together by using composition with a high content of epoxy resin.
Broaching and twisting of fibers is executed by own-designed industrial machinery. Then the rebar is polymerized in tunneling ovens at high temperatures. Afterward, the profile is ribbed and cooled. Quality control is carried out at every stage of production. The company has passed the ISO 9001 certification. We test our finished products in a modernly equipped laboratory.
Due to impeccable compliance with manufacturing technologies, composite rebar has the following benefits:
